Ok, lets say you have decided to use us, you want to make sure your dealing with a company that has your best interests at heart, lets face it, we want a good reputaton as well as paying! So here's what we'll do to keep you assured your getting the best service and your getting a website that you want.

• Meet/talk/exchange ideas, we'll draw and imagine what your expectations are. 
• Write spec so we both know what the site should offer and how it should function
• Set time scales, you want it done by a certain time, lets see if we can fit together
• Add all tasks into our project system including est. hours for each
• We'll mock up a design, show you, and keep mocking until you like the design
• Through out the whole process, we'll keep revisiting the cost to ensure your budget.

From experience we have had, we thought we'd give you access to the whole aspect of your development. We dont mind taking calls, receiving emails for updates and new ideas - infact we'll even call you if we have ideas and a dramatic update. But we'll give you a login to your GWD control pannel where you'll see regular updates, submit content, ideas and request status. Once the design is finished, you can use this login to submit support issues and new site update requests.
